Every one is a different entity
Although we live together work together partner together

Now & then conflict will arise
we will fight non-stop
from ally to enemies
friend to foe

I've just watched this drama
although its a drama but those words & solutions
really applies to our different entity problems

He said:
' .....because each of us is an individual entiy and
living in this same community; conflict will usually happen.

What will you do @ this moment?
Will you be ignoring this topic and give everything up?
Thinking there's no way things will work out well?

'When it happen, we should talk things out.
Listen to the other party, talk till things are changed and
everyone is happy about it.'

After what the actor said, I strongly agree and touched by
his sincerity and effort towards other's. His understanding and
compassion in giving to others.

I believe too that the effort putting together to make things
work is essential.

The changelle is: Anyone is willing to put in effort in making
the difference.
