its pretty cool
a middle size stage was set up
beside in cafe del' in Siloso beach
i was impressed the moment
stepped in from the red carpet
& all the way to security
barricades cos of the tight
scanning and those cheongsum
tall models
they are REALLY tall
its my 1st time watching them so
closely tall haha
the place was nicely decoraded
nice food but music nothing special
its another time of juz chilling
chatting 'eye-powering'
(how i wish some of you can be there)
its a really good event where
frz can get together n chill, ya knw?

Went to change my spoiled ipod
was hoping they will allow to

1. back to the same model but 8gb
2. 4th gen ipod nano
of course the new one!
the best deal is to top up $10 only
when everything seems smooth going
they claim that its impossible for them
to process unless i brought everything
back to them
im fine with it thus
back to store the next day
(its my 3rd trip, consecutively wks)
however this time round
an item is missing frm package
my hair is standing straight
right to the end
no more trips for me again, i tht
i can feel water boiling over my head
e store manager doesnt seem to care
abt my suitation
im mad abt that
thank God that he said will
help to cover the cost of tat lost item
which i tht for a moment
he's serving with 'putting at customer's shoe'
which was very good
back home
i scan through my receipt
now im REALLY puzzled
promise made by that store manager
was not shown on it
he said wanna cover $10 on behalf
n i will chip $5, in total e item
cost $15
the problem was his promise is vaid?
why in the end i had to pay
not according to agreement??
Finally i understood why Jas kept
commenting our country customer
service is not up to standard.
I agreed. Firstly every company have
standards to follow, has to help
company save money. Its not a big
problem but when someone is not
THINKING for the customer, not even
concern for the needs of the
customer, then don even mention
the basic of customer service.
its my 1st time experience such
a bad situation
