Learnt not to be too laid back
muz see in bigger picture @ e same time
be detail
Know my stuff very well on those items
will be use on tat wk

i thk the biggest changelle is to
voice out during a disagreement
in a nice way
when the other party is < senior than me

e other thing make me ponder is
am i going against the flow with leaders?

got to learn which/when to be flexible /
to hold back

anyway its good
cos exposed many of my weakness
to see clearly where to improve
