disappointed with apple technology

its the 2nd ipod im holding after
exchanging despite the 1st 's ipod
touchpad gave me problem
but now the same problem seems
to appear in the same model

& i've to go back again
such a waste of time n money

dont they QC their product?
how many times must i keep
going back?
